1. Engagement & Payment
A signed agreement and an initial deposit (if required) are required to confirm your consulting engagement.
All pricing and payment terms will be clearly outlined in your engagement letter or invoice.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

2. Service Delivery
We are committed to delivering financial consulting services as described in your engagement agreement.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, market conditions, or third-party data issues).

3. Information & Access
Clients must provide complete and accurate financial information required to perform our services effectively.
Timely cooperation and communication are essential for meeting deadlines and delivering accurate insights.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the scope of services, submitting required documentation, and informing us of any changes in objectives or circumstances.
Additional services beyond the original scope may result in extra charges.

5. Conduct & Integrity
We reserve the right to terminate services if our team’s safety, integrity, or professional standards are compromised.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided for work already completed.

6. Confidentiality & Data Use
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with third parties as required by law or with the client’s written consent.
We may use anonymized data internally for quality assurance and service improvement. Clients may opt out of this by notifying us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific services rendered.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
